En-suites bedrooms
In Venice all our rooms have shared facilities (Showers and Toilets outside the room).

Do the rooms have double beds?
All of our rooms consist of bunk beds, with comfy mattresses. However we do not have any double beds.

What is the Cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 24 Hours or more prior to arrival. A cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show will result in the first night being charged.

Do we need to pay a deposit?
Unless this is a group booking, no deposit is required.

How can I make a booking without a credit card?
We must take an advance payment to secure your booking. In the case that we take your booking without it, your booking will only be held until 18:00 hours on the day off arrival, and preference will be given to secured bookings in the case that we are booked out in your particular room type.

Can we pay in advance?
You can pay in advance. You can request a credit card authorization form to be sent to you by email which must be filled out and then sent back. You can also request to do a bank transfer – charges will apply from your bank.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is provided with a small fee.

Is bed linen included?
Yes, all bed linen is provided free of charge. No sleeping bags allowed for hygiene reasons.

Are towels included?
No, towels are not included.

Are there lockers in all rooms?
Yes, and padlocks are provided free of charge.

Is there a free luggage store?
We provide luggage storage at a small fee (€ 2.50). But we are happy to provide this service for free if your check-in is earlier than 1:30 pm.

I need to make an amendment, how do I do this?
Email us with your reference number, or if this is not possible, the name the reservation was booked under and the date of arrival. Please give us the details of your change with at least 24 hours notice before arrival to avoid cancellation charges.

Do we need I.D?
Photo Identification is required to check in ( you have to bring your passport or if from EU I.D card, Driving License are also acceptable).

Do you accept under 18’s?
Yes, we do accept guests under 18, however we need parents authorization.
