Priscilla Queen of the Desert

Jump on board with Priscilla

People visiting London over the next couple of weeks may wish to buy a ticket to hop on board for an evening of entertainment with Priscilla Queen of the Desert.

Taking place at the Palace Theatre until September 5th – on various dates excluding Mondays – the musical stars 1980s pop heartthrob Jason Donovan, along with Don Gallagher and Oliver Thornton.

Based on one of the most famous Australian movies of all time, it was taken to the stage ten years later and features the classic songs I Will Survive, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, What’s Love Got To Do With It? and Go West.

The show tells the story of three drag queens who travel on their colourful bus Priscilla so that one of the trio can meet his son.

Also running until early September is Hair, a musical of a very different kind.

Set in the 1960s, it features the songs Good Morning Starshine and The Age Of Aquarius.
