The UCL is a constituent college of the University of London which is based primarily in Russell Square , Bloomsbury, London.
Established in 1826, UCL was the first university institution to be founded in London, the first university institution in the United Kingdom to be established on an entirely secular basis and admit students regardless of their religion, and the first to admit women on equal terms with men.
UCL is London’s leading multidisciplinary university , with 8000 staff and 22000 students and has consistently been ranked among the top five university institutions in the UK, and was ranked 4th in the world in the 2009

From The Generator: The University is about a 10 min walk. After leaving the hostel turn right , keep walking down Tavistock Place and then you will come to Gower Street, turn right on Gower street and you come to UCL.
