Shoppers hoping to pick up a bargain during their stay in London may wish to pay a visit to the city’s Brick Lane Market, which takes place every Sunday in the East End of the capital.
A wide range of products are always on sale, ranging from second-hand CDs and DVDs to clothes and furniture.
According to All In London, the market is a haven for young people hoping to find bargain retro and Art Deco items, however those thinking of attending will have to prepare for an early start, as it opens at 08:00 GMT and closes around 14:00 GMT.
Brick Lane is also home to a variety of options for those wanting a cheap meal after a day’s shopping, with the area offering an extensive array of Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani curry houses.
Every September Brick Lane plays host to the Bangla Town International Curry Festival, which takes place over a two-week period and coincides with the Brick Lane Music Festival.
