Enjoy over 50 family attraction’s at Legoland

Legoland Windsor is a family theme park. The entertainment is certainly hands-on. Children aged 3-12 can take to the road, soar through the skies and sail the seas in complete safety. With over 50 interactive rides, live shows, building workshops, driving schools and attractions, all set in 150 acres of beautiful parkland. Legoland Windsor is the place to go. Attractions can be enjoyed by the whole family.

My experience

Legoland is huge and there is so much for the children, you should aim to get there for when the park opens then you can enjoy the nice walk around rather than rushing to see everything… I have been there several times now and every time I have enjoyed the whole day out. One time it rained all day, but we kept dry with our Legoland ponchos, the rain didn’t spoil our fun.

You will find it very busy in the school holidays, if you can avoid them do, but if not it really still is a great day out for the children, (they offer group discounts online) There are rides, live shows and even a driving school for the children where they get there Lego license. I went alone with my boy and the fun we shared was superb, I am now a regular 3 times a year as we truly love this themed park. My favorite was defiantly mini land, but see for yourself. It’s a great day out for adults too.

Hot tip

You will save at least £30.00 by taking your own packed lunch and snacks then with that money you can buy a souvenir and ice cream.

Follow the in park map they give you otherwise you will miss out some attractions.

Directions

I drove which only took me 40mins from just outside London, but being in London it’s probably best to take the train from Paddington. Check Legoland website for a package on admission, rail and shuttle – you have to get a shuttle from the train station into the park.
