Alison Armitage
Alison Armitage, Sales and Marketing Director at Generator Hostels, named the Most Promising Young Marketer of the Year
The British Youth Travel Awards (BYTA) ceremony 2009, took place at Courthouse Hotel London in the West End on the 3rd December, where Alison won the “Most Promising Young Marketer” Award.
Alison Armitage has been employed at Generator Hostel since 1998. During this time she has fulfilled various roles, from Front of House to General Manager, before taking over as Sales Marketing Director in August of 2007.
Alison has gained vast experience across all Generator Operations, which has helped her successfully fulfill her current position. This experience has also proven invaluable to the Generator Hostel group, and has helped Alison develop her key strengths including adjusting to market changes efficiently to ensure the Generator remains at the forefront of hostels in Europe.
