Keep Fit & Eat Healthy

When Travelling we tend to forget about keeping active and eating health.

Keeping Fit

For a good workout visit a local Gym.

Fitness First – 6 Coram St, off Marchmont Street, 0844 571 2816

Living Well Health Club -31-32 Woburn Place, 020 7291 6500

A great way to keep active is to jog or cycle around one of London’s Royal Parks.

Hire one of Boris Johnson’s bicycles from his new cycle scheme

Regents Park

Hyde Park

St James Park

From the Hostel – Don’t forget the FREE walking tour – 2.5 hours of walking

A great way to save money while keeping active is to walk as much as possible and avoid using the tubes & buses, in some circumstances it can be easier and more comfortable to walk to a destination then taking the tube.

Health food

Alara Health shop -58 Marchmont Street, 020 7837 1172

Holland & Barrettinside Brunswick Centre

Brick Lane Market has market stalls with Organic foods – See Vincents Review
