Reviews for attractions and sights in London

Wouldn’t it be great if you had a friend in the city you want to visit, who checks out the tourist attractions, bars, restaurants and clubs before you go there? Let us tell you something: you do have that friend! Generator Hostels staff members have been clubbing, eating, drinking and sightseeing just for you, and they have written reviews about it! Amanda

Amanda is 30 and currently lives and works in Essex. She has been working for Generator London for 11 years now. Amanda has 2 young children and regulary takes her children to sites and attractions in and around London. Ella

Ella lives in North London in a houseshare full of vaguely insane but awesome people. She spends far too much time and money in Camden and wishes she was brave enough to dress like some of the people there. She likes “headache-inducing” music and trashy chick-lit novels. She hates cooking and mostly lives off Alphabetti Spaghetti and takeout.

Eszter

Eszter lives in North West London, is a committed vegan and ‘went raw’ almost a year ago. Her hobbies are knitting and crotcheting as well as any other kind of needle craft. She also enjoys making and collecting jewellery and works part-time for one of the UK’s most famous custom jewellery designers. Every year she waits for the BBC’s Proms to begin because as she gets older she loves classical music and she knows that this is her chance to relax and enjoy the London culture. Michelle

Michelle is an aussie living in London-typical right. She likes food and lots of it and a nice pint of beer. She enjoys going to gigs and chilling out with her ipod. She is not looking forward to a London winter.

Vincent

Vincent is a single Dutchman and currently lives in London, after working in Berlin for a while. He has many passions, such as playing guitar, writing songs and stories, photography, food, and il dolce far niente, or the sweetness of doing nothing. He likes listening to rock, metal, and minimal techno (when going out also electro). After being vegetarian for 14 years, he’s now, on doctor’s advice, back to eating 120 grams of meat each week. Will

Will is currently working for the Generator in London as part of an International Business study in the Netherlands. He is half Dutch and American and passionate about rock music such as the Foo Fighters, american football and movies. He is known to play the guitar and the drums and hopes to expand on his career in marketing. Will enjoys eating american, mexican and oriental cuisine.
