From Dublin Airport

Airlink Express Bus (Dublin Bus Routes 747) or Bus 16A
The Airlink Express Bus 747 & 16A bus depart from outside the arrivals hall at terminal 1, Dublin Airport.

From the ushers quay stop – Straight ahead and to your right is Mellows  bridge. Cross over the bridge and turn right, take the first left and walk straight ahead, you will see the Smithfield tram stop at the entrance of Smithfield. Walk in to Smithfield Square and on your right  is Generator Hostel Dublin  - you will see our blue generator flags outside our building.

Dublin Bus Routes 41, 41A
The 41, 41A buses depart from outside the arrivals hall at terminal 1, Dublin Airport.
Take any of these buses to the Eden Quay stop.
The Luas from Abbey Street (street which runs through the middle of O’Connell Street) is 3 stops from Smithfield.

From Dublin Ferry Port

Bus
The buses 7, 7A and 46A run from outside the main Terminal at Dublin Ferry Port.
Take one of these buses to Dublin City Centre.
The Luas from Abbey Street (street which runs though the middle of O’Connell Street)  to Smithfield.

Taxi
Take a taxi from Dublin Ferry Port to Generator Hostel Dublin in Smithfield Square.
The average cost of a taxi will be about €20.00.

Heuston Station
Take the tram (LUAS) from the Heuston Station stop to the Smithfield Square stop.

Take the tram (LUAS) from the Connolly Station stop to the Smithfield Square stop.
