In Dublin we have both Shared and En-suite rooms
Do the rooms have double beds
All of our twin rooms consist of two single beds, with comfy new mattresses. However we do not have any double beds.
What is the Cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is 24 Hours or more prior to arrival. A cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show will result in the first night being charged.
Do we need to pay a deposit?
Unless this is a group booking, no deposit is required although we must take credit card details to secure your booking. A cancellation policy is in place. (See above).
How can I make a booking without a credit card?
We must take a credit card or an advance payment to secure your booking. In the case that we take your booking without either of these your booking will only be held until 1800 hours on the day off arrival, and preference will be given to secured bookings in the case that we are booked out in your particular room type.
Can we pay in advance?
You can pay in advance. You can request a credit card authorisation form to be sent to you by email which must be filled out and then sent back. You can also request to do a bank transfer – charges will apply from your bank.

Is breakfast included?
No, breakfast is not included when booking a “bed only” package, unless however you specifically book a Bed and Breakfast package.
Is bed linen included?
Yes, All bed linen is provided free of charge. No sleeping bags allowed for hygiene reasons.
Are towels included?
Towels are included with single and twin rooms.
Are there lockers in all rooms?
Yes, however you will need to being your own padlocks, or you can find them at our travel shop for a small fee.
Is there a free luggage store?
Yes, we have a luggage room which you can use on the day you check-in and the day you check-out. We are happy to provide this service for free. All items are stored at your own risk. Extra lockers are located in the Turbine area – small fee applies.
I need to make an amendment, how do I do this?
Just call or email us with your reference number, or if this is not possible, the name the reservation was booked under and the date of arrival. Please give us the details of your change with at least 24 hours notice before arrival to avoid cancellation charges.
Do we need I.D?
Photo Identification is required to check in (passport, I.D card, Driving Licence are all acceptable). I.D is also required to enter the Bar – over 18’s only.
Do you accept under 18’s?
Age Policy: All guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in shared dormitories with other guests.
For FIT bookings – guests under 18 years must book a private room.
For Group bookings – Guests under 18 years must pay for sole occupancy of the room if staying in a dormitory.
