The Shop is located at reception and has a supply of stock selling all of the daily essentials that you may have forgotten to bring with you. We also have a wide selection of Berlin souvenirs, t-shirts and postcards. We now have NEW Merchandise in stock View Merchandise

Here, you can also purchase internet access from a vending machine, whether it be wireless or on the Generator’s internet terminals.

The friendly reception team are at hand 24 hours a day to provide you with information, free maps and help with booking tickets for attractions and much more Berlin Sightseeing information . Pick up for a wide variety of tours including the Free Walking Tour from reception daily at 10.15 am. We also sell tickets for several musical shows in town as well as the Berlin Welcome cards and City Tour travel cards.
