Generator Hostels named Best Youth Product Award by BETA, The British Educational Travel Association.
British Youth Travel Awards (BYTA) ceremony 2009, has been taken place at Courthouse Hotel London in the West End on the 3rd December.
The BYTA’s provides us with a platform for us to celebrate and reward our high achievers, gain recognition, and raise the profile of the work and individual successes of organisations engaged in youth, student and educational travel, to from and within the UK.
The categories for 2009 consists of the following:
- Best Product
- Most Innovative Marketing
- Green Tourism Award
- Best Website
- Most Promising Young Marketer
- Best UK youth destination
Generator Hostels has won the Best Product award, by providing clean, comfortable and great value accommodation – fantastic party atmosphere where guests can meet people from all over the world; a range of excellent facilities for all the guests; and a friendly, enthusiastic and experienced team who respond to the needs of the guests.
The London hostel spent a lot of time in 2009 renovating and investing £3 million to complete the modernisation of the bathrooms and the windows, as well as the new product Luxury Female Dorms.
