Berlin Wine Fair at Tempelhof – Drink in Berlin

Event Dates: 24th – 26th February 

On 24th February over 300 wine producers, importers and experts will congregate in the old Tempelhof Airport for the 2012 Berlin Wine Fair. This year’s fair promises to showcase around 40,000 varieties of wine from across the globe and, of course, gives ample opportunity to get a taste of the best wines the world has to offer!

Visitors are expected to top last year’s 150,000 people over the three days so it is shaping up to the hot event for wine tasting this year!

The Berlin Wine Fair is open from 2pm until 9pm for the three days and can be found at Flughafen Berlin-Tempelhof. The best way to reach the fair is by taking the U6 to Platz der Luftbrüke. Tickets for the event will set you back 15 Euros per person.

Food and Drink in Kreuzberg

Various great restaurants can be found a short trip away on the Bergman straße. One particularly good restaurant to take note of is Al-Kalif. They offer a superb selection of good value Arabic food in a cosy, authentic Arabic setting.
