The Shop is located at reception and has a supply of stock selling all of the daily essentials that you may have forgotten to bring with you. We also have a wide selection of Berlin souvenirs, t-shirts and postcards.
Here, you can also purchase internet access from a vending machine, whether it be wireless or on the Generator’s internet terminals.

Tours & Tickets

Pick up for a wide variety of walking tours is from reception daily at 10.15 am. We also sell tickets for several musical shows in town as well as the Berlin Welcome and City Tour travel cards.
